For nearly 50 years, Winston-Salem Christian School has been part of the story of Christian education in the Triad. Across generations, our commitment has remained constant: to provide an excellent education rooted in biblical truth while helping students discover who God has created them to be. Our mission is to inspire and develop each student for Christ-like engagement with the world. We believe our responsibility extends far beyond preparing students for the next grade, college, or career. We are preparing young people to think critically, lead courageously, serve faithfully, and navigate a rapidly changing world with wisdom, confidence, and an unwavering foundation in Christ.
At WSCS, students are known. Their gifts matter. Their stories matter. Their questions matter. And we believe God has uniquely created and equipped each of them for a purpose.
Through academics, athletics, fine arts, leadership, service, and authentic relationships, we seek to develop young people who are intellectually curious, confident in who God has created them to be, and prepared to make a meaningful difference in their communities and the world.
As we approach 50 years of Christian education, we are grateful for the generations of families, educators, students, and supporters who have built this school. Even more, we are excited about what God is preparing for the generations still to come.
