Trey, Class of 2016

“Winston Salem Christian School changed my life forever and challenged me to grow in ways I never knew I could. I believe the teachers saw more in me than I ever realized. I was able to get early exposure to medicine through my internship and I was put in leadership positions that made me really mature.

All my experiences at WSCS helped prepare me for my time at NC State. I'm in a servant leadership scholarship program called the Caldwell Fellows Program, and the lessons I learned in my leadership class helped pave the way for when I applied to the program.

WSCS has been more than a school experience, but a family experience. I have been able to grow and express myself in ways I never realized. I have life long friendships and relationships that I wouldn't have for WSCS. I'm so thankful for my time at WSCS and investing so much in my life. I wouldn't be the person I am today without WSCS.”
